If you are unhappy with your product, send us pictures/videos of the item within 24 hours of receiving the package at: [email protected]. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank policies.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. They are also subject to seller decisions and policies. Make sure you read the seller policy before making the purchase.
As a chinkul.com customer you have the option of exchanging an eligible item instead of returning it for a refund. Although, you may be able to process an exchange yourself only for certain eligible items. You can contact us via phone or email, and we will gladly assist you with the exchange process. On any product page, scroll down and you will see a space available titled ‘Add a comment’. Please fill in as much information as you’d like. You can also insert your name, where you live, your email address and other brands that you recommend. Once you’ve submitted your review, it may take up to 5 business days for it to appear on the site.
Currently chinkul.com can accept international credit cards but we can only ship to an address within India and its territories. Please note that the credit card must be issued and contain a logo from either Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
